iPaid iOwe Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Biz59 LLC ("we") collects when you use the iPaid iOwe mobile app and its website, why, who it is shared with and what you can do about it.
1. Who is responsible
Biz59 LLC, New York, NY, USA is responsible for your data (the "controller"). Questions and requests: support@biz59.net.
2. What we collect and why

We don't sell your personal data, and we don't use it for anything other than the purposes above.
3. Who we share it with
- AppBro (Biz59 LLC, New York, USA) hosts this website and handles support and account-deletion requests sent through it.
- Our analytics and crash-reporting provider, which processes usage and diagnostic data for us.
- Our advertising partners, which may use advertising identifiers to show and measure ads. You can limit this in your phone's privacy settings.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your data while you use the app. When you delete your account we delete your personal data within 30 days, except what we must keep by law (for example purchase records).
5. Your choices and rights
- See, correct or download the data we hold about you.
- Delete your account and data: use the delete-account page or the option in the app.
- Withdraw consent (location, contacts, photos, ads) at any time in your phone's settings.
EU and UK users
Under the GDPR and UK GDPR you also have the right to restrict or object to processing and to data portability, and you can complain to your local data protection authority. Where we transfer data to the USA we rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
California residents
Under the CCPA/CPRA you can ask what personal information we collected in the last 12 months, ask us to delete or correct it, and opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
6. Children
The app is not meant for children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child gave us data, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access is limited to the people who need it to run the app.
8. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above, and tell you in the app when the change matters.
